How to get 49% more AdSense revenue
I’ve watched Michael Cheney’s Adsense Video Part 1 and learnt a lot from that. Blending the ads is the vital key of getting more clicks. Never use the default adsense template because everybody will recognize them as ads. Use the same colour of your links for adsense link but not for URL colour. For URL and text colour, you are advised to use the same colour as your contents.
And the most basic part of blending, never use a border. For a long article, you can put three adsense units in between the article – at the top, in the middle, and at the bottom. For this purpose, three columns are not preferable, because you need a wider horizontal column for content, so that the ads can be blended perfectly.
Use your side column to put Google search box. Put links unit at the top of the page, so that it looks like the navigation menu for your site. That’s all. According to Inside AdSense, owner of Dogbreedinfo.com, Sharon Maguire doubled her AdSense revenue to $650 per day.
