Speed up Bitcomet and µTorrent
If you’re using XP sp2, you need to do this to make sure you get a faster connection. Go to this

By the way, don’t forget to forward your port. The instructions can be found here. They instructions are different according to the router you use, but very clear with pictures.
You must remember, that faster connection does not mean faster download speed. The hearts of bit torrent are seeders and peers. The more seeders you have, the faster your download speed. To choose a torrent, the seeders are more important than leechers. Torrent with 50 seeders and 50 leechers is better that torrent with 500 seeders and 1300 leechers.
