GmailDrive alternatives : ROAMDRIVE and XMAILHARDDRIVE
All popular free e-mail providers are giving more space. And Gmail is now still adding its 2GB continuously. By only using your e-mail account, you can have a portable storage, which you can access anywhere, as long as you have internet connection.
Maybe we only know that Gmail is capable to do that, with GmailDrive. But with RoamDrive, you can also use your MSN and Hotmail account. But my Hotmail account is only 250MB. Therefore I prefer Gmail than Hotmail.
RoamDrive is standalone software. The files will be stored at the draft folders (so that you inbox is clean). If you still don’t have your Gmail account, get your Gmail account here without giving your email to other people (SPAM free).
There is another choice, XMAILHARDDRIVE. But I don’t like this because you must log in with your Gmail account into this website. (Do you want to just give the password away?). If you want to give a try, feel free to visit http://www.xmailharddrive.com

the new version of gmaildrive has been released on 14/01/2005. but it didnt work too.
did xmail hdd works? i’ve tried it but it was very slow.

xdrive its just like gmail like? can upload up to 10mb only?
xmailharddrive is just a medium to upload to gmail. so it still have 10mb limit.
